Alterations to an existing structure require design drawings and calculations to be submitted to Building Control.  We can offer this service for loft conversions, barn conversions, extensions, formation of new openings in walls, and similar such work.

Buildings which are damaged through deterioration or neglect or from other causes may require strengthening to reinstate structural integrity.  We can assess the structure and propose solutions to such buildings.
